There is so much confusion when it comes to skin texture and skin tone. Skin texture is dryness, oiliness, large pores, under eye puffines, scarring, acne, etc. Skin tone is dark under eye circles, sun spots, age spots, freckles, etc. Skin texture cannot be covered with makeup, but on the other hand skin tone can be covered by makeup.
