Partly for fun and partly for rehab...I busted my ankle last October and am finally getting back to where I was before my accident. Forcing yourself to balance strengthens the supporting muscles around the calf and ankle, and it's more fun than sitting in Physical Therapy
That's a naked skateboard on top of a PVC pipe on cement floor, and it's a lot harder than it looks...
